The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing site-based quantity surveying services in cost monitoring, subletting, variation assessment, measurement; and assistance in handling financial & contractual matters of the projects assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines and preferably with professional qualification
4-5 years’ relevant working experience in consultant
Good command of both written English and Chinese
