Job objectives
Support detailed annual budget rollout and quarterly forecasts, variance analysis and monthly reporting, including timely compliance with all legislative and requirements incumbent on Satair in accordance with Satair’s objectives and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for financial reporting
- Provide financial transparency & variance analysis
- Support detailed annual budget rollout and quarterly forecasts
- Identify and implement regional & functional financial KPIs to oversee and deep dive into financial performance
- Convert business assumptions into financial figures
- Challenge & explain business performance by function through cost drivers, support financial control over spend
- Use central’s finance controlling methodologies and lingos
- Support business case review
- Support compliance review
- Monthly management reporting
- Support process improvements
- Show flexibility
- Carry out other financial analysis and operational duties required by the HO Finance APAC
General
- Comply with business routines and procedures including Satair’s quality regulations
- Comply with Satair’s guidelines on Ethics & Compliance
- Optimize Satair business procedures through Satair’s IT systems
- Well-informed & familiar with latest developments in Satair business
- Comment/advise on undesirable conditions within the organization, and propose potential solutions for improvements
- Contribute to a positive and inspiring working environment

Professional skills
- Accounting degree
- 5 years' experience in accounting
- Ability to work with complex Excel spreadsheets / Google sheets
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Experience in SAP financial environment
- Experience of China rules and regulations and local Chinese requirements
