The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for administration of system permissions, implementation of new HRIS processes and data integrations of Forever 21’s Human Capital Management system.

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for administration of system permissions, implementation of new HRIS processes and data integrations of Forever 21’s Human Capital Management system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all HRIS data. Responsible for data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and troubleshoot any data discrepancies.
- Develop reports and analyze data to assess trends and identify any issues.
- Partner with Sr Manager, HRIS to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement programs to meet special and on-going needs of human resources information.
- Assist with the change management process to ensure that all Forever 21 HR practices can be supported within a single system
- Create test plans for newly implemented modules/processes
- Maintains HRMS system modules including, but not limited to, human resources, compensation, payroll, benefits, etc.
- Maintain data integrity within current HRIS programs to provide accurate information for an HR dashboard with metrics including recruitment statistics, turnover, employee engagement, compensation, benefits and overtime
- Ensure compliance through established government rules and regulations
- Must have 2-4 years of experience in HRIS and HR Analytics.
- Knowledge of ADP Vantage or Dayforce is highly preferred
- Experience working with different levels of the organization and HR functions including (recruiting, talent management, compensation, benefits)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for creating reports including pivot tables, data formatting, dashboards and formulas
- Strong communication skills.
ADDITIONAL DATA
The salary range for this position is $74,124 - $88,752 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.In addition to your salary, Forever 21, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
