Business Systems Training Administrator

The Opportunity
  • Work with GBS Learning Team to coordinate training events
  • Provide administrative support on projects on tasks such as tracking of budget, training attendance tracking and collate responses on feedback surveys
  • Manage the training facilities including the creation of Virtual classrooms
  • Manage and update training records and use them to create the weekly, monthly and quarterly training reports
  • Contribute to the creation of communication materials
  • Support testing of training related software
  • Work with the learning Business Partner to develop and implement the schedule of KnowIT courses in conjunction with our external training partner
  • Publicise the training services and training content that the GBS Learning team delivers through channels such OurGlanbia (Intranet), Yammer and email
  • Using the same channels as above, create an awareness of the business value and impact delivered by the GBS Learning team
  • Respond to all IT training related queries from Glanbia employees
  • Manage the Procure to Pay activities associated with Training Administration
  • Work with the Training Team to ensure feedback is responded to and that any issues are brought to the attention of the Team
  • Other similar duties, as required
The Skills you will bring to the team
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of business systems such as SAP an advantage
  • Experience in administrative and support-based work experience, preferably obtained within a training environment
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence
  • Ability to take the initiative and driven by the desire for continuous improvement

  • Proven track record of being a strong team player who has the ability to motivate others, making it fun while getting the job done
  • Genuine interest in people, their well-being and their development in the work place

  • Competence in training is a plus
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal as well as listening skills a distinct advantage
