- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a significant portion of that experience as a CTO or in a similar executive-level position.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. A second degree is a strong plus.
- Strong background in algorithm analysis and optimization, with a deep understanding of complex algorithms and data structures.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with modern software development practices and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level) for effective collaboration and communication with international teams and stakeholders.
- Native proficiency in Hebrew for seamless communication with local teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technology teams, driving innovation, and delivering high-impact projects.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical strategies with business goals and adapt to evolving market trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the company's business objectives. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that can enhance our products and services.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Technical Excellence: Drive technical excellence by ensuring the use of best practices in software development, architecture, and quality assurance. Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the executive team to align technical strategies with broader business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the development process.
