Chief Operation Officer - Professional Recruitment [Saudi Arabia]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • Managing directors, GM, CEO.
  • Set policies and processes.
  • Handle the legal matters.
  • Vender management.
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
  • Benchmark with marketing agencies.
  • Public relations.
  • Team management.
  • Quality Control.
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

Other Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, MSc/MA is a plus.
