Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Managing directors, GM, CEO.
- Set policies and processes.
- Handle the legal matters.
- Vender management.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
- Benchmark with marketing agencies.
- Public relations.
- Team management.
- Quality Control.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Other Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, MSc/MA is a plus.
