Qualifications:
- Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Considerable knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, network cabling, layer 2 and layer 3 switching, the OSI Model, MPLS, Metro-Ethernet, VPN, and SSL technology.
- Knowledgeable in Juniper and Cisco network devices
- Graduation from an accredited college/university or a combination of relevant training and experience is required.
- Substantial experience in engineering and designing networks.
- Expertise in creating reliable, scalable network architectures with fault tolerance, performance tuning, and monitoring systems.
- Expert working knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise VPN solutions, including setup, configuration, upgrade, management, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of transport protocols, routing protocols, and security/authentication protocols at all layers of the OSI model, with a focus on TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with networking features and protocols such as spanning tree, ARP, CDP, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, Etherchannel, 802.1Q trunking, MLS, HSRP.
- Demonstrated ability to design, install, and troubleshoot local-area and wide-area enterprise networks.
- Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNA/CCNP and JNCIA/JNCIS-SEC.
- Experience with Juniper hardware.
- Knowledge of Juniper SRX Firewall Configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Senior CE - Networking will be working with other operational team leaders and 4-5 reports within TRT as well as other third-party partners to be the Enterprise IT Networking focal point for strategic growth efforts and using the latest enhancements in networking technology to deliver solutions for existing and prospective clients. From leading technical design solutions training of front-line technical personnel and proposing solutions with third parties and business development and client account managers, the Senior CE - Networking at TRT is required to be the go-to person by all departments concerning technical solutions regarding Enterprise IT networking.
- Management and troubleshooting TCP/IP; Ethernet; Network cabling; Layer 2 and layer 3 switching; the OSI Model; MPLS and Metro-Ethernet; VPN and SSL technology; Firewall security;
- Direct engineering and design experience in networking industry.
- Creating repeatable, reliable, scalable network architectures, with fault tolerance; performance tuning; monitoring systems; statistics/metrics collection; and disaster recovery.
- Setting up, configuring, upgrading, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco routers; switches; enterprise VPN solutions; Juniper SRX firewalls.
- Understanding of transport protocols, routing protocols, and security/authentication protocols at all layers of the OSI model with emphasis on TCP/IP are essential.
- Knowledge of networking features and protocols such as spanning tree, ARP, CDP, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, Etherchannel, 802.1Q trunking, MLS, HSRP, QoS, multicast, 802.11, IPsec, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMP, T-1/E-1, BRI/PRI, MPLS, and caching services.
- Designing, installing, and troubleshooting local-area and wide-area enterprise networks.

Salary: $U367,839.00 - $U531,323.00 per month
