Circet are currently hiring a Marketing Graduate to join our team in Dublin.
As Marketing Graduate, you will work closely with stakeholders across numerous divisions, to provide support and help with senior-level projects, including campaigns that will impact company productivity. You will assist Recruitment, HR, ESG and HSEQT departments on various projects depending on priority.
As Marketing Graduate, you have varied responsibilities and are responsible for day-to-day marketing operations.
You will take part in Circet’s annual Graduate Programme, launching in September.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will suit an energetic Marketing Graduate with up to 1 year’s experience in a fast paced company.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and manage marketing campaigns for small and large recruitment drives including Graduate Programme and Apprenticeship Programme
- Creating graphics using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Spark and Canva
- Video production – Filming and editing for various internal and external objectives
- Event Coordination across Ireland and UK
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts including blogs, advertisements, photographs, graphics
- Gate keeper of documents for internal and external use, ensuring all are of high quality and branded correctly
- Work closely with the Management Team to create and develop marketing strategies
- Have ownership of the company marketing calendar (internal and external)
- Conducting market research and analyzing reports/ questionnaires
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Experience Required:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
- 1 years’ experience in a marketing team (preferred)
- Innovative and energetic approach to marketing activities
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
